BEST/WORST MANGA BASED CASE AND BEST/WORST ANIME ORIGINAL IN YOUR OPINION!

Favorite manga based case: The 2nd scar case, 534-535. They made it obvious who the guy Matsumoto was talking about was at the beginning but he died and I was like "OK IT'S NOT HIM". But no it was him, but he wasn't the murderer! The case itself mostly reminded me of the older cases when it was impossible for a case to not be great.

Least favorite manga based case: Sushi case was boring, but Blue Spark of Hatred was completely awful outside of the motive, the first half of the first part of the case and Okiya Subaru. Seriously, they spent half of the time just making it obvious who the killer was and the metaphor with static electricity or whatever used for some attempt at Haibara character development was laughable.


Favorite anime original: 540-541, The Day Mouri Kogoro Ceased Being a Detective. It was a Kogoro has a friend who is a murderer case. Seriously, Kogoro is so awesome, and the first part made me think the fat woman was the murderer.

Least Favorite anime original: 544. Don't care. Boring case is boring. And it ruined Everlasting Spelling Mistake. =(
