Re: New Code Geass
Yah I saw that one too on another anime forum... I just hope R3 wouldn't ruin the whole Code Geass series... It ended pretty well unless Zero Requiem is another epic failure...

Do you recommend Code Geass to read/watch? I heard some hype about it. Some people rank Code Geass over Hunter X Hunter and Naruto.

Re: New Code Geass
It's like a mixture of Death Note and Gundam (or any other anime with robots)... yes... for me it's epic. But I haven't read the manga though...

Re: New Code Geass
Based on what I read, it should be a prequel. It's based in the edo period, if I recall.
Then again, I never watched this series and doubt I will. Mecha... do not want!

Re: New Code Geass
Hmm... I'd prefer this if you like a strategic anime like death note (or whatever genre that was) even if you hate mecha... I'm not too fond of mecha myself, gundam in particular though. Although I kinda liked the fighting and transforming robots when I was a kid
until I was forced too watch gundam by a certain person who my common sense tells me not to say who that person is in the net
That's just me though

Re: New Code Geass
Code Geass isn't comparable with both series as CG R1 & R2 involve psychological battle. It also has mecha action (a little bit of turn off for me) but is a really good series IMO...Beastly wrote: Do you recommend Code Geass to read/watch? I heard some hype about it. Based on what I read in another forum, it isn't related to the other manga series Nunnaly's Nightmare... It may not be related also to Suzaku of Counterattack...GinRei wrote: Based on what I read, it should be a prequel. It's based in the edo period, if I recall.

Re: New Code Geass
I dont know if R3 will live its expectation or 3rd installment of Code Geass(whatever you want to call it).. I like the ending as is maybe a Suzaku as Zero 3rd season??? Wont be the same with Lelouch on it i hate Suzaku really... I just like what he did on the after killing Charles Zi Brittania and Lelouch mother(forgot the name).

Re: New Code Geass
Well, it´s 2010, this year there will be new news.
Also I don´t remember where I read it but there was something about Code Geass: Shikoku no Renya ...
And maybe this will interest you, in www.geass.jp, there is a section with a Character map and on top of the characters who died it says "Dead" but on top of Lelouch there is nothing.
