"Howdunit" cases.

One of my favorite types of cases in DCs are the ones where we know who did it, but just have to figure out how (IE, they have a good alibi or something like that), or howdunits. (I'm sure someone else has used that term before). I was wondering if they're are more I don't know about than the list I know right here:

And I know pretty much all of the first 200 episodes of the anime, so are there any more cases where the mystery is a whodunit that I'm currently missing?
