At least in DC-MK world, KID is dealt with Squad 2 (White-collar crime); most officers in the story is in Squad 1 (Violent Crime), and it has been mentioned in a filler about Squad 4 (Organized Crime). Strangely, Squad 4 was never active in any Org stories...
