http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/20 ... dvd/.85064Japanese publisher Shogakukan's listing of the limited edition of the 86th compiled volume of Gosho Aoyama's Detective Conan (Case Closed) manga confirms that the limited edition will bundle a 92-minute video anime on DVD. Shogakukan will release the limited edition and DVD bundle on April 15 for 2,980 yen (about US$25). The video anime will mark the first time the franchise has had an OVA bundled with a manga volume.

Interesting. Maybe Gosho took these breaks to do the script of this OVA? It would be surprising though.

do we know if they are doing pre-orders? or do you actually have to wait until April to purchase ?
I hope that I can find someway to contribute to the community even if it's just random crack theories and looking things up for people who can't find the information they need.

This is most likely the same special that aired in December -- as that's 92 minutes too.

Naturlay, if they put a 92min unaired episode to a manga-volume, that costs not that much, they would lose too much money.
