Times where you noticed the unspoken clue?

In DC mysteries, often one of the most important elements of the deduction is a clue that, during the mystery portion of the episode, is not directly commented on, though Conan often notices it. Are there any times where, without looking at other people's theories online about the solutions to the cases, noticed these little details?

For me, I picked up on:

In the film developer case from Volume 41, I thought it was suspicious how the person who turned out to be the killer immediately turned the lights back on after Conan turned them off.

And while I actually didn't realize it was a key to the solution, in the Locked Bathroom case I noticed the missing accent mark but I thought it was just a brief drawing error, since IIRC you only see the true uncovered logo in one shot.
