I would post this in the Okiya thread but that would reveal a spoiler. Okiya seems to know about the tracking glasses. This seems to pose a threat to the "Okiya is a third party" theory because Conan has not used the tracking glasses in front of Okiya before (unless I'm forgetting something). Akai would know about them from the FBI vs. Org chase after Kir case after hearing it from Jodie.
Edit: Akai may also know about them from when Haibara borrowed them to find Conan at the shipping yards in climax of the Vermouth arc.

Intriguing...

As to the case, it's been a long time since I actually found any enjoyment from a DB case, but Conan kicking himself unconscious was priceless.

Seeing the animation of Conan knocking himself out is going to be rofl-tastic. Granted, we probably won't have this case animated until mid March of next year, but it will be entertaining to see.
Spoiler:
As for Agasa being the man in the locker, I didn't foresee that, not sure why, but I like it. This case has turned into a fun one.

That's true, Okiya knowing about the glasses.... unless he went into Agasa house secretly to look around, he wouldn't have known its location, much less its existence :P

Haibara is the "middle-school-aged" "daughter"

Ayumi explains that the culprits must have made the mistake because both Haibara's voice and way of speaking is like that of an adult's.

I try in the translations to give Haibara as much of an adult "voice" as she has in the Japanese original, but aside from her more formal way of speaking and big words, I'm not sure it's as obvious in English.

This is what I mean when I am talking about each character having their own "voice" - they do not talk like each other.  Genta does not speak like Mitsuhiko who does not speak like Ayumi who does not speak like Haibara who does not speak like Conan who does not speak like Agasa, etc.  They each speak in distinctly different ways in Japanese.  It's difficult to translate that into English (or even Chinese, really!) without misspelling words in order to reflect the differences in intonation, shortening, dragging out, etc.  Conan and Genta's speech, particularly, is almost always "misspelled" in Japanese.

What are your thoughts?  Do you guys "get" that she sounds more mature than the others in the scanlations, the subs, etc?  What about hearing the audio in the episodes?  M. Hayashibara obviously does not try to infantilize Haibara's actual voice, but Haibara also uses ã‚

I like how basically everything about the ending of this case was something people speculated: Agasa, Okiya popping in, the daughter being Haibara, being confused as middle-school for her way of speaking, etc.

I also like how Haibara says "It's almost like you've been watching the house all along!", clearly afraid, and Okiya's just like "Yep! Who wants curry?!", thought that scene was pretty funny.
