If I understood Ai correctly, then the antidote works for 24h, unless too little time has passed since he last took it.

That would be a departure from the past explanations that each subsequent antidote works for less time because of the buildup of resistance/antibodies to the antidote (DC science... <_<). I'm not saying you are wrong. I'm a bit confused by Haibara's wording myself.

Actually, no. The first time he took the antidote, he shrunk after 24 hours. Second time as well. Then Ai give him a third pill in the lavatory and that one only worked for 12 hours.

That's not really "DC science".  You build up immunities and resistances to any sort of drug the more you use it, be it medical or non-medical.  DC just has the resistance build-up act at light-speed.

I'm not 100% on Haibara's wording, but I think she might mean while the antidote is still in the system, taking another one reduces the effectiveness (think of it like ODing a bit).  How long it takes to leave one's system is unknown I guess.  Probably 4 days, like some other drugs.

First and second antidotes weren't the same antidote.

Yes, they are somewhat similiar in profile. But I think that makes it more likely that she's Elena and not Shiho.
Still, Yukiko is the most probable I'd say.

probably every line of the riddle refers to some well known places or buildings in London. I thought it would be nice to collect most of your and my ideas (if that's okay with you, guys). Maybe then we will solve the riddle before Conan. ^_^

The most facepalm thing about this whole file is that Conan could have just not run, and stayed Conan.  If Ran found them at somewhere they weren't supposed to be, he and Agasa could just say that they took a cab there.  "Shinichi-niichan?  He's here?  Are you sure?"

Not to mention, I hope no one saw a 7-year old go into the telephone box, and a 17-year old come out of it.

I wouldn't wonder, if the BO took all of her documents and still have it. Due to her precipitate escape she hadn't the chance to get them back.

As Ai Haibara? Certainly not. As Shiho? Unlikely. I stand by my theory that she spent the night at the Yoshidas' because she wanted to nick Ayumi's passport.
