I'm pretty sure he already has, I think that was the information he wanted to confirm before talking to Vermouth.

Yup most likely. Now he wants the proof of his deduction so he will probably go and obtain Kusuda's fingerprints in BO's files then compare them with the "burnt guy", but the problem is, how will he manage to get them? I think he will either disguise as Jodie and ask someone in the police (=Takagi) or without disguise and make up a bogus story like how he might have known the guy etc...

So yeah it was just that Gosho wanted it to keep it secret about their identities.
Which is pretty stupid, since the most likely candidate to be the pregnant woman was Vermouth to begin with. But that's not the biggest problem here.
Had Haibara felt anything, she could have told Conan and Jodie that the B.O. is somewhere nearby, and then the two might have thought twice before talking like in a public place. So this whole resolution of the file (to me, at least) feels really really forced.
