No, Opening 18 at least tried to look interesting in SOME ways. It at least tried to match the song in some fashion. It wasn't anything too remarkable but it was...literally something. This is dangerously close to actually being nothing. It almost feels like before they had a last second idea for the Opening using reused footage, but then when they were asked to make a real one, they put in...exactly as much effort.
I'm actually not convinced this took more time or effort than any of the "reused footage" OPs.

Hmm.. I never liked 18 anyways.
Just as a note, I only meant the photo-thingy part, not the intro/outro. And indeed I might have overreacted .
Still probably one of my least favourite OPs though.
