Re: What's on your mind?
I bought an old bike last monday for 45€ it had a flat tire the guys who sold it said it hadn't been pumped in ages and then it became flat in 3 days and i went to get it pumped again and now it's flat again. I've traveled 28 kilometers twice with a flat tire... Changing the back tire completely is 50€ I think I'll just throw the bike into trash bin and get a new one next week. Guess I'll just walk for now.

I took five drawing requests at deviantArt. One of them has raised questions in my head. It's nothing bad but I can't help but think about it. The reference picture is fine and cute even if the scanner has twisted some colors a bit. The picture says it's outdated version of the character and has a link to the new version. But should I make the drawing based on the new or the old version? They are about the same and the main difference is in color shades and the character looks like a preteen in the first one and almost like a young adult in the newer one.

Alright. I'll put you guys links then. I'd thought to keep this vague and get some general advise but I guess you are right. Context helps.

Re: What's on your mind?
My grandfather died yesterday. I still have no idea what to say in response to Mom's text about it a few hours ago. This.. wasn't exactly sudden. GrandSir was 87, and his health was not the best. I think the best thing I can come up with at the moment is "At least he won't hurt anymore."
I have finally started to actually publish my story! For the moment, expect a new chapter each month.
The Case of the Midnight Channel
"When a strange letter summons the Mouri family to Inaba, Ran is expecting a case. She's not expecting it to involve the TV, though.
If Naoto investigated everyone who came to visit Inaba, she'd have little time for real cases. When Yukiko reports that the Midnight Channel is back, however, she starts to wonder if the visitors are connected. Especially when the image clears, unveiling yet another mystery."

Short version: I'm taking various DC/MK characters to Inaba (where Persona 4 takes place) and dropping them through the TV to face their Shadows!

Re: What's on your mind?
My dog might have fungus in one of his ears.... Yeeey
Was to the hospital today to see a surgeon about ugly scars on my back, that a dermatologist was unable to treat and thus sent me there. The surgeon thought that if he tried to remove them with surgery it'd only make new scars where the old ones used to be (plus he felt that it was so much that it'd only make it worse) but he wants to make a new appointment with another dermatologist and see if they can do some combined treatment which would involve years of treatment and painful injections. Woooooooooooo *hates ugly scars on my back*
So conclusion: first day of school sucked, even if it wasn't the school's fault. But it was fun to meet my friend Ronja again, plus I had a geeky conversation with some guys over lunch.

Re: What's on your mind?
I have a big scar under my collarbone, I had it since I was in high school.. (I'm a 3rd year at college now) the others at my school gave me some bad stares because of it so I hated it a lot at first but after a while I learned to deal with it and I didn't hate it much anymore.. even though there was a very good doctor who could make it smaller by a lot and even possibly remove it I refused to spend money over something like that...KainTheVampire wrote:My dog might have fungus in one of his ears.... Re: What's on your mind?
I wouldn't have cared about one large scar. My problem is that there's several small ones on my back (mostly around the shoulder) and they could as well be mistaken for some ugly looking infection or something like that. I don't really care about how people think I look but in this case I do since those scars look really disturbing :x My family thinks so too and doesn't want people to give me weird looks because of it. Dad even offered to pay for it :xKaitoRizu wrote:I have a big scar under my collarbone, I had it since I was in high school..
