I had some dream about a zelda-inspired floating fantasy landscape with puzzles involved. For some reason I'd lived here, and was now trying to get my belongings out and onto a truck.

For the most part I was too occupied with the puzzles though, and people started yelling at me when I was the last person to load their stuff into the moving van. :V

In my dream, I was reading a manga in the kitchen of a relative's house, but suddenly I was in that manga, being talked to by Kyo from Fruits Basket. Except I think I was Ran, because Kyo threw a soccer ball at me and told me that just by holding it, I should be able to sense that "all the logic would fall into place" and I would know that I should go out with "him" instead of Kyo, and I had a vision of Shinichi talking to Ran, so maybe "him" was Shinichi.

Following this, I left the manga and was back in the kitchen, and decided I wanted something to eat, when my cell phone (my old red one) vibrated. I looked at it, but instead of a phone number, it said "DON'T LIE."

O.o

Yesterday I started reading this thread and was amazed with everyone's dreams. I was sad that I wouldn't be able to post anything because I dream about once every four months and they are all school related dreams (ex: I dreamed that I was happy that I had finished a packet of questions that I knew I didn't work on, and when I woke up I knew that it was blank...). Anyways, I went to sleep wishing I could dream... and I did!

Its not as great as most of the ones here but...
Spoiler:
It took place in some large underground complex, that I guess could have been a school (it was a bit futuristic but also a bit dark). I was part of a newspaper club along with 5 other students (equal male-female ratio). The supervisors of the club were these nuns (they looked like they were in their 20s/30s).
I had a crush on one of the girls but I said something stupid that pissed her off.
I found out that the nuns were withholding some secret information about a certain topic and the reason they were part of the club was to make sure it wasn't publicized. I found out about it and confronted the three nuns. It turns out they had some weird metal/bone wings they could control at their will, and that they are withholding the information for the good of the students, and I end up fighting them in order to be able to publicize the truth.

I'm in an elevator with the other members, the elevator is moving up and the elevator is see-through so you can see into the outside (it was underground though so you just see into a huge room). I'm standing next to the girl and it takes me a few minutes before i can stutter "So, uh... it was a good thing we were able to stop that conspiracy thing and expose the, uh, truth?" (question mark used to describe tone). She doesn't turn her head and responds with a flat "yea..."
I was pretty intimidated as I could tell she was still pissed off and the dream ended with me saying (or planning in my head how to say) "Sorry,... sorry for-"
Meaning?
Spoiler:
Not too sure about the setting but as for the things with the "nuns" and the "truth": I am a dedicated Catholic who does not believe in Christianity, I do believe in all of its lessons though on how we should behave, I also believe that I don't believe in Christianity because I "understand it" and also that it is better to let other people believe and act as "God" wants them to rather that have them get confused about what they should believe and the purpose and life and etc.
(These opinions are my own and I really hope I don't offend anyone, and the only reason i am saying this is because it was part of my dream)

As for the whole "girl" and "love" thing: I currently attend an all-boys school so it might mean that I miss girls (LOL), and I have never experienced love (though I really want to...)(...or a crush for that matter.).

I also happen to be a very unsociable and timid person (I also had a terrible time apologizing to a certain group of girls in 8th Grade about something...) and I guess the fight has to do with all of the internal conflicts I have about these topics and more.....

sometimes, thinking about dreaming is all the help you need to start dreaming again :O

Writing down your dreams after you wake up helps you remember them (and thus it seems like ya have more of em) too.

I had a dream, it involved ducks. Well, there was some other stuff that went on, but mostly, it was about ducks.

Spoiler: Dream I already posted in prediction thread
Well, I dreamt of Heiji, Kakashi, my brother, me as well as 3 others (who I can't remember :P) moving through a long series of rooms (if I recall correctly, we had something to do in each room, though I don't remember what exactly). We came to a side road and found a hotel, were we left my brother (who was a little ill) and went ahead "to look what's coming". However, a few rooms later, another member collapsed from illness (fever, I assume, my dream wasn't really precise), and Heiji left to bring him to the hotel as well. The remaining 4 of us went further ahead. We came to a cross-road, where we had to choose between the easy and hard way ahead. Considering our small number, we went for the easy one. The rooms we went through now were empty and significantly smaller than before, and finally we literally rushed through them.
At the end, when we went through the last door, we came into a great hall (I'd call it a dojo), where Jd- was already awaiting us. Apparently, this had been some kind of quest or task he had given us, and he was also the one to have constructed that whole thing. He then proceeded to tell us that we were no good at what we did, as not only did we manage to lose half of our team, but also took the easy way. A computer, whom he had apparently given the same task, had chosen the hard way  (and therefore entered through another door) while still retaining his complete team. I got angry and asked him whether he had included illnesses in the simulation. He replied "Of course, poison gas and the likes-" when I interrupted him and clarified that I meant actual illnesses like a cold, because that was the reason we lost half our crew and took the easy way. He apparently hadn't :P
We were then led outside in order to have some kind of combat with (some of ?) the dojo people (who were really, really numerous, BTW) as some kind of final task, though I didn't get to see that one as I woke up :-\

Awesome! :o
If  ;), :D, ;D, ::), :P, :-X, :o or >:D are attached, that paragraph may not be 100% serious. Seriously.

Awesome! :o
did you know that harpies exist because a dying species of ducks needed more powerful members to fend off attackers?

It's true, my dream told me so.

I have been busy with finals lately so I haven't been able to post anything, so I have 2 dreams to share.

Dream I had 2 days ago:
Spoiler:
This dream took place at my house and as its the summer, it was really hot outside and the ACs are on. For some reason I am babysitting three kids (upon awakening I notice their resemblance to Ayumi, Genta, and Mitsuhiko). They were really annoying to take care of (I think they tried to kill me once) so I locked them up in the basement with the lights off (I ignored their cries). My sister was pissed off at me for being a jerk and I go to my room, which has completely transformed in the 10  minutes I was gone. In the middle of my room are three large pots with small trees in them. There are dead bugs all over the walls (with a few live ones mixed in), the AC is off, and there is a large dead rhinoceros beetle poised on my ceiling fan. I turn around and for some reason I don't have my glasses anymore (I can't really see anything without them) an see a form that slightly resembles a large cicada. I turn around and face my mother (with my glasses back on) and she gives me a terrible excuse for the situation.

Dream I had last night:
Spoiler:
This time I go to school and bring Shakira with me (she wanders around the hallways when we get there). There weren't too many students around and, as it turns out, everyone tells me we don't have school. A lot of people notice Shakira (they recognize her from the way she shakes her hips) and I find her dancing in front of my English teacher in front of the mail room. I go to the computer lab (which is dark) and send an e-mail to my friend to confirm that we don't have school. I find out that we don't and that a rumor about me bringing Shakira to school has spread throughout the student body.
I don't remember exactly what happens after that but we end up finding a mystery and we end up having to solve this really weird question: If you are in (don't recall the name) how do they fish? (a. (picture of a stick figure with a large fishing rod cast far) b. (similar picture but with a smaller rod and the line is cast pretty close to the stick figure) c. (a stick figure holds an unlit torch over the water) or d. (don't recall)). I turns out I remember that I know that there are cascades in the area. I say, "There are cascades so they might be fishing salmon since they jump up rapids to lay eggs" "Oh yeah" responds a friend, though I am still uncertain of my answer.
I open a dusty box in a truck, whose inside seems more like an attic's, and pick up a book titled "The Fedi Storys Cases" (yes, i misspelled Stories on purpose). I am uncertain of what it was actually called, though, because the title kept changing every few seconds (apparently the word that started with F originally meant sea slug in Spanish (though it actually doesn't)). I open the old dusty book to a random story:
The story was about Two brothers, Satan and some Greek god, and the Greek god guy was a really holy man, which made his brother Satan jealous. So Eve, named Ophelia, shared an apple with the Greek guy (while apparently cheating on Adam with him) and they were both damned. I recall being shocked by the story and I seemed to have realized something important.

Thank you again Akonyl for your advice!
