Why not?I mean it would be interesting for the plot if Amuro meet Haibara by coincidence,he would start to think she looks like Sherry and investigate on her(which would lead him to Okiya,since he is Ai's stalker XDXD).
As long as Amuro is around Conan and co,it's possible for him to meet Ai or Okiya.

I think Amuro will be focusing more on Akai right now.
He thinks he's alive, it's likely he knows he has a connection to the Mouri Det. Agency, it's highly likely that he got himself into the Agency just to pursue that angle.
I already said it once or twice, but I'll say it again: I'd love it if Takagi gets involved. Amuro and Takagi are linked together by 2 people now, Date Wataru and Akai Shuuichi. It would be pretty plausible for Amuro to investigate Takagi and later confront him for both things: Date's death and the investigation on Akai's death.
And I think that'd be the time when Amuro will start suspecting Conan: HIS CELLPHONE. HIS FINGERPRINTS ON IT. And the absence of Akai's.
Once we get there, shit is gonna get VERY REAL.

I agree,but he may end up inestigating on Okiya as well,and people around him(the DB,Agasa)Also Amuro wanted to meet Agasa once,I think he will try that again.So there's always a possibility he meet Ai as well and make the link between her and Sherry.

Hell, it could be a minor change. Paper-thin disguises work wonders in DC (see: Conan).
The problem with Ai is her really strange ( for japanese people) hair color. She should dye it or change the color another way. But she should have done it before her first apperience in DC. Now the people will ask why a little girl changes her hair color.
She tried the glasses once and we know how this ended.
She can change her hairstyle a bit and use glasses to give a different feeling,but that won't be enough.Many people say she looks like her mother, her face must be uncommon compared to japanese people,so she needs a serious makeover if she doesn't want to be recognized by a BO member.
Maybe she thinks that being a 8 years old child is a good enough deguise for everyday...

Yeah, that's the other thing. Any BO member looking at Haibara would see the resemblance, but one thing is seeing the resemblance and another entirely would be thinking it's her. They'd need to know about the whole deaging thing... and almost nobody knows about it.
But her face seems to look japanese. Didn't Ai say at one point that she had problemes in america because of it? But why did the DB never realise that Ai is only half japanese... they were really shocked as she told them. I mean reddish blond hair? Mitsuhiko is really smart he shoud have seen it.
