For me, the one with Akemi's death, I really didn't want her to die. Also the moonlight sonata episode near the beginning?

episode 42 is centered on events that take place at a karaoke bar. 100-101 is also a potential candidate, as it is sad and features of a karaoke bar, but most of the action takes place at a house.
Detective Movies Contest 2013: Information Thread  Current Faceoff

"The energies of our system will decay; the glory of the sun will be dimmed, and the earth, tideless and inert, will no longer tolerate the race which has for a moment disturbed its solitude. Man will go down into the pit, and all his thoughts will perish. The uneasy consciousness, which in this obscure corner has for a brief space broken the contented silence of the universe, will be at rest. Matter will know itself no longer. 'Imperishable monuments' and 'immortal deeds,' death itself, and love stronger than death, will be as though they had never been."

Well...
Spoiler:
Episodes 667-668 were very depressing. You must be very unlucky for something like that to happen.

...And also, that case contains a lot of fridge horror. *shiver*

I think the one with the karaoke bar (with Rudolf the red nosed reindeer), the one with the two sisters that are going to watch Yoko with Kogorou and the spider mansion case

this is my worst nightmare

one of my uncles was in vietnam another one with the french legion in Africa
my great grandfather was part of the life guard of emperor wilhelm ive got ancestors by the hessian mercenary who often figth for the british empire  ....i bet my a-ss somewhere in the world they will find a gravestone of the Legion Germania I / II or III and my family name on it

so killing wouldn´t be a problem for me
i am always prepare to give my life to protect the ones who cant protect themself

but hearing that someone good died  and i wasn´t there to protect him or her
that is the thing i am fearing the most

thats why for me personally is this the saddest moment in the enitre show :( :( :'(

I cannot point to my ancestors, but I can show medals and other military honors to say nothing of the scars on my body - all of them in front. These are my title of nobility.

Same here.

Many characters from the series are available, including major ones! We also accept original characters from any faction in DC and MK. Despite the usage of real life PBs, we follow the anime/manga.

I'd say the one where Ayumi's dentist or something was the killer and used Ayumi for an alibi.

I am only on 60 so episode (though i'm current with manga) so far the sad episode for was the karaoke box where the woman killed the man, because he was making fun of her after she had surgery to look prettier, but it turns out that he loved her and he hated the fact that she changed for him and also the lemon tea case was sad, especially the part where it turns out that the bride (sorry forgot her name) knew that there was poison in her lemon tea but drink it anyway, because she wanted her finance to forgive her father.

I remember one with the karaoke box murder, where the murdered man was a singer and the murderer was his manager/old bandmate. And I remember the lemon tea one. But was there a case where they were both combined? I don't remember.
