Upcoming Volumes Keyhole Character Guessing Game

V75 could be Naeko Miike, Amuro Tohru, fake Kogoro, or Kamon/Banba.
Naeko Miike makes a lot of sense. Although Amuro appears in 75, pushing him to the next volume works quite well because he has a lot of appearances. (at least to until 800) On the other hand Gosho might want to save Miike until things get more serious.... It's a tossup. At least we will know what color Amuro's hair is eventually.

Reviving this topic after 15 months of silence. Does anybody have any guesses about Vol. 79? There aren't any new characters introduced or recurring characters.

Mmmm...well, he did use a one-time character for a keyhole once (Maria Higashio) so maybe the maid (Hikaru Hinohara) from the Vampire Mansion case?

That's quite possible. He might even use Kazuha dressed as the maid.

The clock tower case was an extra case Aoyama drew for the Detective Conan vs. Kid the Phantom Thief compilation manga. (I know it appears in the Perfect Edition, but I don't know if it was in the regular edition.) That said, the case doesn't appear in the regular volumes. (Although the Sunset Mansion portion of episode 219 does.)

I knew it had been in a manga, just wasn't sure if it was canon or not. From what skye said I'm assuming no? Especially because I think Akako appears and uses magic breifly (but it was cut in the anime)

Yes, but it first appeared in the book I specified in my post.

As for it being canon, it is drawn and written by Gosho Aoyama so it kinda is and kinda isn't? It never was published in the actual Conan manga volumes after all.

Well I kinda want to say it's MK canon but not DC canon... of course that would require Shinichi to exist in 2 separate universes.... although I suppose KID kind of does already so it's not unlikely.
