Files 771-774 Discussion Thread: The Forced Deduction (Yes,

Who will solve a case? Kogoro had problem to solve a case by tomorrow. Sera is currently examining Conan, so she won't overdo the deduction. Conan may dial on Ran's phone and say "Shinichi-niichan told me about his deduction" or use Shinichi voice and say "Conan had told me about the case" then solve it, that mean Conan will fall into Sera's trap again.

Okiya Subaru going to be forgotten character since File 704, just briefly appeared in File 755 without any hint, then Gosho created another good character Sera.

Since 771 is still only in Chinese, I wouldn't know if it would effect this line of thinking but...

Only once has Sera called Conan by name so far. (I'm thinking in 771 that'll be different, but who knows) She's only used 'little boy' bar that last page of 768. To me, Conan seems like the type to try and figure out how she knew his name rather than ask, but so far he hasn't even touched on it. Maybe he didn't realize that neither Ran nor Sonoko said his name but...I don't know, that just doesn't seem like something he'd miss. He is Conan after all. xD He generally has a good hunch on where people stand too, so his not being worried about Sera in the slightest seems like a good sign.

Of course, I could always be wrong.

In that line of thinking, of me being wrong, I have my crazy theory for this time around! 

Spoiler: Theory of a madwoman

It's a set-up. The bombs are fake and the bomber didn't actually come up with the idea. One of the three women *not sure who I'm going to pick on yet, I'm thinking the one with glasses though* is actually the murderer and planned the 'bombing'. They tricked the guy with some excuse like 'One of those two killed your sister, but I can't be sure which one. Maybe Mouri would know but I don't think he'd take the job unless under threat'. The gun would be real so then the guy in his rage would kill the 'murderer', be taken off to jail and out of the real murderer's way.

In short, it's going to be a 'Why did that person say that? They could only be the culprit!' case. Possibly followed up with some Sera interaction, though guessing that would be beyond even my crazy limitations. At the very least, there may be a moment where she's around Ai so we can determine if she's BO or not and possibly some thought bubble from Sera/a knowing look towards Conan.

Anyway, should be obvious enough just by reading, but this is also an insane theory as there's not even visual proof (well, that I've scanned over anyway). May 'back it up' when the translation comes, but that'd mostly be for laughs. xD Though, if this is right like the last theory I had, I swear. >3>

Shuichi Akai's younger sister

Sera might be the younger sister of Shuichi Akai. Sera has bags under her eyes identical to Shuichi Akai's. Also, Sera Masumi's name is also incredibly similar to Mobile Suit Gundam character Sayla Mass (セイラ・マス, Seira Masu). Akai's name is derived from Sayla Mass's older brother's name, Char Anzable. - written by Chekhov :3

It would be nice though. I would like to see Okiya's reaction to confirm
