Mysterious lady's identity is still unresolved. I'd vote Yukiko over Hestia who wouldn't help with the clues or Shiho who wouldn't take the risk of coming to the UK using an antidote.

Well, before I saw file 747 I was pretty sure that Shinichi's parents would help Conan to go back to Japan, but now I'm confused...

It's obvious that the mysterious woman isn't Shiho (the antidote won't be effective that long!) or mother Glass (we saw her, she IS blind, and the mysterious woman ISN'T). Now I doubt a bit that she's even Hestia, because it looks like she knows Japanese - just look how she was watching the conversation between Ran and Shinichi, she undestands more than we thought. Of course, maybe Hestia knows Japanese, but I don't know how.

I guess the mysterious woman can be really Yukiko who was sent by Yusaku to watch Shinichi's investigation. However, I don't think that Shinichi will go back to Japan with his parents, because I still believe that we will be able to see the third transformation. I voted for option with Agasa and an extra pill. It's also quite probable that Ai just hid one pill somewhere in Agasa's stuff and she will tell him where it is at the end of the case.
Gosho made ShinRan's relationship so complicated that I think it would be totally mean if he didn't let them meet again at the end.
