He wants to make sure that everyone is happy and there is a "soulmate" for every single character I guess  :-\

Tagaki - Sato
Megure - his wife
Shiratori - that teacher
Shinichi - Ran
Hattori - Kazuha
Akai - Akemi Jodie
Makoto - Sonoko
Kaito kid - Aoko (though this couple isn't very important. Unless somehow Gosho will enter Kaito kid into the main plot and then he will have to develop their relationship as well.)

Now he just needs to develop relationships for Haibara, Ayumi, Mitsuhiko, Genta, Kamel, James, Eisuke and Rena (did I forget someone?) And after he does that, we can finally see the finish line of DC  ;D

EDIT: I actually don't really understand why he cares so much about the couples. He has MANY characters, but he can't make everyone happy before the end. In Sailor Moon I would accept this kind of thing, that before the end, the rest of the sailors will also get a boyfriend, but they didn't.
After the B.O. is finished, many fans will still want him to continue the series so he can maybe get to that later. or make an epilogue episode that shows who ended up with who. We don't really have to know. If there were actually files with no cases and more interactions between characters then the whole relationship thing might work, but we know that there is no such things and there are cases all the time. It's like Yu Gi Oh that they only played a children's card games duel monsters all the time and somehow there were relationships between a few characters with no so much interactions. in Conan, people seem to fall in love with each other through the solving of a murder case and that doesn't seem like a healthy relationship to me...

so what I'm trying to say, GOSHO, STOP BEING A MATCH MAKER AND FOCUS ON THE MAIN PLOT!

I don't particularly mind, I want more clues as to who Okiya is and what's the authorization by Anatoka.  Having a break will allow more theories I guess.

I'm still curious about the whole Gin x Vermouth thingie, LOL Eversince volume 29, ya know the whole "martini" thingie ( Vermouth flirting Gin-chan ), I've been wondering about this, well, couple Hope Gosho will make it clear whether they're with each other or not ( this is almost impossible, though >"< )

I thought about that too. If Gosho wants to do a develop couples, he should make a couple in the B.O. and then he can continue with the B.O. plot AND develop the relationship between two characters.

Okay seriously!!!! Gosho NEEDS to get on with the BO already! (was afraid of this considering the title of the previous was "Silent clash") But really, stop with all the match-making (teacher and that detective I'm so mad o remember the name of) Seriously! unless they are the BO boss, Gosho needs to stop with all these random cases!!!!!!!! He can do them AFTER Conan finished the BO (like make a new series with a new ACTUAL small detective that doesn't screw up timeline too much... ARGH) I'm actually annoyed he left me hanging

I totally don't mind the B.O. case has been left hanging for a while... When it comes to storyline development, I'm a patient person, so long as the final product is worth it.

I wonder who Agasa is helping move? My initial thought is Subaru since it sounded like he just needed somewhere to shack up until he found a new apartment... but the person moving could have something to do with the case, or nothing at all. It could also be that the moving is an excuse of some sort. Conan might have instructed Agasa to do something else. Conan has suspicious sweatdrops which lead me to believe something is up.

Besides the normal suspicious things in the chapter, there was a van/truck marked with either "OS" or "DS" visible through the alley that had stopped and then drove away right before the murder took place. Since the murder happened soon after it went by I am guessing it is related to the crime. If it is related that means there is a third person since neither the murderer or the victim could have driven it off.

I'm hoping that Kobayashi becomes a target; it would be exciting! After all, why would the robber/killer come back unless she meant to silence the witness? My guess is that Shiratori will come swooping in to save the damsel in distress at the last second... but will fail to confess that he was the kid from the bookstore. It's karmatic revenge for picking on Takagi.
