Those are ingredients , and since I live alone, I can practically have a different dish everyday among the different kind of tofu, and vegetables If I find time to prepare meals that is :p

It's not just the meat, it's all the other things you've cut out too. Gives you a lot less variety. I couldn't do that.

And then there are people who don't eat meat not because they are concerned about the animals, but because they simply don't like the taste of meat.

.... Ummm Callid, I would NEVER eat animals' meat even if they die due to "Accident" and I'm sure I'm not a vegan, as vegan have even more strict diet that I do believe all they can have are cardboards XD LOL
