Detective Conan, or Case Closed in the United States, started out as a simple idea of a teenager shrinking back into a small boy and his adventure of trying to find the people responsible, all while hiding behind the guise of 7yr old Conan.  Now over 66 volumes, 13 movies, and numerous episodes, Detective Conan is still popular in Japan and somewhat popular in the rest of the world. 

made me go    that detective conan got a whole 1.5 hours.  haha.  but i probably won't even be there.  haha.

chicago!!, specifically rosemont, il, near ohare airport.  

went today.  it was ok.  line was for badges was hellish.  1-hour.  (although, i went through twice, forgot my i.d.)  should have went tomorrow when there's a panel on detective conan though.  i can only afford one day.  i'll be back to go to more panels again later today though.  resting   (if you lie to me and tell me dctp are hosting the panel, i'll so be jealous.  hehe)

got a bunny hat for myself.  chicken hat for my friend.  and a caricature that could possibly pass for me.  didn't see any detective conan merchandise, but didn't look that hard.  i have a lot of lame detective conan things anyways.  haha.
