Heh, it's obvious that neither Agasa nor Kogoro is the big BOSS. Didn't you realize that Ran is the head of Black Organization??? DUH~!!

*Facepalms* Then she would know about Shinichis death, find out about Conan being Shinichi, Kill Conan, and all in episode 2. The REAL BO boss is that crazy assassin droid that thought it was Kaito in "Magic Kaito". In its desire for revenge it's mistaken Shinichi for Kaito and sent an entire organization of evil robots after him.
