No, this is not an April Fool's Day prank. Per this morning's addendum to the AP press release, DCTP has given up on subbing Detective Conan, and will now become the JTP: Jingstery Translation Project: home of all things Jing.

They will now fansub his weekly royal decree to his loyal subjects. (Bill Maher would be proud.)
