I could see Ikeda work his magic with him too, like Megumi with Elena. A voice I could see fit is the VA of Ging (from HxH).

In any case, with M24 around the corner, we should definitely get more Tsutomu & Mary development.

For me, that's the Rum arc hat, so it's very fitting for him.

And his outfit reminds me of Scar Akai's from the bank heist... and there are many ways in which that could be fitting, too. ;D
