Being "soon" isn't an issue for me though. I expect Ran's birthday would fall on days of Tanabata festival, given that there has been no case involved it yet. Plus it would offer some sweet irony that the couple Hikoboshi and Orihime in the story related to this festival get some help from a flock of magpies to meet each other once each year.

So Gosho's gonna have the Organization *help* Shinichi and Ran reunite for a time?

Ran has suspected Conan's ID 3 times now. I don't think she has the will to suspect anymore because she's been fooled by the setup all along as before. Maybe she knew it already and understood that it's NOT good now, to tell Conan about this matter because there has to be some good reason why Conan is acting like that, and so it's better to remain silent. But I don't think this possibility is viable because Ran is NOT made to be this smart of a detective, like a whole lot of other smartass detectives. Next Suspicion Arc I'd say maybe close to the end of the series...that's when everything got unfolded and such.

Sure, Ran is no Detective, but she isn't an idiot either.(Plus, all the other smartass detectives in the Manga actually found out Conan's secret very quickly. Amuro is an exception, but Shinichi hasn't been on his radar so far, at least for now..) And she already had the theory that their might be a reason for him not telling her during the Cellphone case.

I'm not agreeing with all points on the List made by the OP, since lots of stuff can be explained otherwise.

But there is a point with Ran's behavior having changed a bit. And here reaction to Conan's supsicion debunk at the end of the Eri abduction case felt really like "Ha Ha. Sorry, Deduction Freak, but you used that trick too often. But I'm playing along for the moment..." Or something similar.
