I've noticed this but what I've noticed more as that there hasn't been a plot case at the beginning of the year. That's far more interesting.Chekhov MacGuffin wrote: It's been half a year since that came up and we are about 2.5 years into the Bourbon/Okiya arc assuming 46 chaps per year (source = 727 chaps/15.83 years). For comparison, the entire Kir arc was a little over two years.
Even more interesting, I think Gosho delayed the conclusion of the arc for this white day case (now, I haven't the slighest clue what the case is about so I could be wrong). I mean, it isn't like anything would change significantly to the point where that case couldn't possibly be the same if it was done next year, right? :o
