Raw?  You mean the spoilers?  It happens every so often that when something big is coming up fake spoilers hit the net.  Also happens after breaks.  Hell, happens every week basically with Naruto (and people actually make fake pictures for that one).

My guess is he likely finds them on 2ch, which is where early spoilers often show up.  You can never tell whether a spoiler is true or not until the raw is released, so he's just trying to pass on early info.  It's all good.

That's what I do.  After seeing amazing fake chapters for Naruto Shippuuden and then ending up with a boring chapter, I started taking every spoiler with a grain of salt until it can be proven.
