Only a player's final vote it made public. You don't get to know when or if they changed them at any point.
And yeah, we can discuss who we're voting here in the thread or via PMs between players.

Re: Mafia Round 69: The Great Revival
ok, so... erm... i spent some time during work reading through an old game, and...
i have no idea what happened =/
there wasnt really any solving in the thread, nobody shared any information, there was barely any communication at all...
how do you guys usually find scum here? do we just rely on our actions?
because most of what i know is meta and tone reading, which only works is i know people and/or they actually talk
or was most of this done through pms?

The answer is simple really.

The game mainly takes place through personal messaging, since it's vital to keep your role and your abilities as secret as possible. If you don't and your role becomes known, the Black Organisation might kill you using an APTX or, in case you belong to the BO, the town might lynch you.

People might search for allies and call people to vote through the topic, where you find round updates, but those moves can be risky. If you prove you know too much in the main topic everyone can see it and you might get killed off. That's why most communication goes through PMs.

Of course, to gain allies you might have to share an ability or information anyway. Finding the right allies is key to winning the game. Just make sure you only give away actions that are common and take caution in what information you share.

Does that clear everything up for you?

Re: Mafia Round 69: The Great Revival
You proceed by just talking to random people and trying to ally them. If you give them their trust that's up to you. Just know they can be lying to you as well.darc-star wrote:i guess so...
