Trying to find translations of the Baccano! and Durarara!! light novels might as well be an exercise in finding how many different "this file is no longer available" screens exist on the internet...

Have you tried here? Last I checked the links were in order though they could have been taken down since, I suppose. (Though apparently Baccano has now been licensed in English fwiw. But eh, they're not released yet so I still have some money left.)

I was out picking some blueberries this Thursday, I put them in a sponge cake, and dad got the leftovers that AE and I took home yesterday and he absolutely loooooooved it and kept going on about how it was the tastiest one he's had in a long time. And today when we were discussing what to buy from the store he kept going on about the freaking sponge cake. So when AE and I was at the store I decided to buy some eggs and some cherries and make another cake tomorrow.
Naturally, I'm glad he liked it, but it almost seems like it'll haunt his dreams now xD

Rewatching Baccano! now just because Isaac and Miria's very existences make me happy. (For all that this anime's full of absolute bloodthirsty psychopaths, it's also pretty full of bundles of light and preciousness and joy, like Firo and Jacuzzi and Nice and... y'know what, Jacuzzi's whole gang. Also just Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi Splot. WHAT A NAME.)

Also as the upside of all the absurd amounts of rain this summer we've had the biggest crop of garden raspberries I've ever seen, and for some reason we decided that the best thing to do with a chunk of the crop is raspberry margaritas. It's a really good idea.
