Yeah, I'm pretty sure Bourbon is going to die. He's practically walking on thin ice here, with his true identity revealed to Akai and Conan, and he's playing a game within a game. All it'll take is one small misstep and his whole facade shatters. IMO, he's going to die before the final confrontation, but I'm hoping he makes it and actually helps Akai a bit.
They actually wanted to kill her at the beginning. Only after she knocked out Andre did they opt to keep her alive. And then Mr. Grumpy forced her to kill one of her allies. Poor Rena and poor Shuu.
One, ep 783 will only be subbed tomorrow, so not everyone here watched it yet. Please refrain from spoiling the resolution of the episode (or at least keep it in spoiler tags) until it gets released via CrunchyRoll tomorrow.
