I've finished my first week at my new job and I'm going to an anime convention tomorrow. Woohoo!
New job stuff: After two days of doing mostly just watching other people in my department do their jobs (and a little bit of doing my job with my supervisor leading me through), I actually managed to process some forms by myself today! And they were totally correct! Now we just have to wait for IT to fix my computer and log-ins. They hate our department, apparently, so I'll be lucky if that's done by the end of next week. :X
