Mystery Poll: Poll #37

9th poll is up

For this week I decided to do the poll on a separate website. You don't need an account to vote there, and it should be accessible to anyone to vote.
Again, this is a trial run. If people find it problematic or it's not working well, the polls' format will return to how it was before.

One of the cons in not doing the poll here is that it's slightly less convenient to check on the results as it goes, so every few days I'll post a pic of the results so far for anyone who's interested.

The one I'd voted on turned out to be the one that was voted on the most (Masumi+Shinchi,Ran), the second and third runners up were the ones I imagined in those positions as well.

My vote was more like what I hope to be solved next.

I voted for Masumi's middle brother, because if we're going to know Masumi's connection to Shinichi and Ran through a flashback, then I'd assume that we're going to know who the middle brother and the Unknown child are since it's very likely that they are in that flashback.

I think this one:

He grew up inside the Black Organization in Japan where he met Elena. Later he was recruited to the Secret Police and became a double agent.

is most probable. He just was not evil enough to be a pawn of the BO, and secretly hated it, and when an occasion came, he joined anybody who offered destroying the BO.

I went with the "grew up in the UK (not in the BO)" option. It somewhat explains the implied Britishness in Amuro and a logical encounter with Elena, but I don't think I have a really good explanation for why I think he grew outside the organization, maybe just a hunch. Generally, either of the first four options could work I suppose.
