It's true that double posts are generally frowned upon, but it's okay to have a double post every once in a while as long as one doesn't make a habit out of it. Even more so when the double post in question has some new information to tell and/or it's been a few days since the first post has been posted.

Spoiler:

It reads "Look forward to Ran's response to the confession (that Shinichi made)! Look forward to it!" So it appears that the upcoming flashback case may have a basis for Ran's response in present time.

Thanks so much to Ran5-5 for finding it and Yamikawa and Skyechan for translating it!

I'm not sure how effective it'd be storytelling-wise to have Ran respond over the phone, but if the narrative of the flashback story would be strong enough, I guess it could work. (not that I care that much, though :V)
But if we really get that response from Ran after the flashback case, I'll greatly appreciate it. It will give a sense of "this is a development". (which is also why I'm not entirely sure it's gonna happen, but we'll see)

The first one is "The Conan Café is fun~", the third one is "Ran[GIRL] is finished", and the fourth one "Shinichi[BOY]'s draft is finished", I think.
I guess this Ran[GIRL] and Shinichi [BOY] thing will be a two-parter. Maybe it won't even be a murder case, but just a flashback about Shinichi and Ran's first meeting?

Hmm there's golden week coming up in couple of weeks so I wonder if we'll get even a sneak peek of them this month.

On the one hand, I wouldn't mind if this flashback contains no case what-so-ever and is just about the meeting of Shinichi and Ran. On the other hand, based on all the Masumi stuff we know, her encounter with Ran and Shinichi probably contained a trick of some sort cause Masumi asked Shinichi if he's a wizard, so a caseless flashback sort of imply Masumi isn't going to appear in this flashback (and thus we'd need yet another flashback).
Maybe this flashback will be longer than two files, though, so it'd leave time for a Masumi encounter too. On the other other hand, if this is indeed a mini flashback and it leads to Ran finally responding to Shinichi in the present, that's also a somewhat decent event.

Thing is: I would really like to finally get some more info about Masumi, but on the other hand I don't want her tacked in with Shinichi and Ran's first meeting. That should be about them and have nothing to do with Masumi, just for the sake of the current plot.

What I don't get is, if indeed Shinichi and Sera have met before then why doesn't he remember her while she does

He didn't remember Eri the first time she appears in the manga neither.
