I love how this episode started with Amuro being the most adorable side character worker...who just happens to be a major part of a super evil criminal organization with plans of immortality.

So this cat appeared before, ok. I think I remember that? Maybe? (most of the things after the train case but before I took a break from the series is a blank to me tbh)

In this episode, Ayumi talked about a cat's balls. This is actually true.

"Cheers" = "Chi-ears". I'm pretty sure I've listened to more Mai Kuraki than 95% of artists I like at this point. And I don't even seek out her other music.

Yeah actually, why wasn't this case first? Unintentionally bringing up that he's slept with Sato makes the idea of her possibly being pregnant feel way less out of the blue. Mainly because without these scenes, they are one of the last adult couples in anime where my mind would ever go to that. :p

For some reason, I wanted it to have 2 of the 3 people from the last episode as suspects, except with really obvious disguises.

Haibara just got mad at Megure. This amuses me.


The first case was cute and fun enough for what it was. Reminded me of the Goro case for obvious reasons. Really quick and good pacing too. But the other case was just kinda dull and boring. With really only 2 exceptions. 1. The cat being part of the trick. 2. The culprit being a fool. But that's it. It was like Gosho was trying to make a 1 episode AO (which means it was still better than nearly any 1 episode AO in the past few years at least).

I knew that because of what they said, but I'm not sure if I actually remember the cat. I'm sure he was in it, I just don't remember it at all.
