Every time I click the "new posts" button for this thread, it takes me to 1-3 pages BEFORE the new post. Even though I check this place every time a new post shows up. What the hell, forum? And it appears to be JUST this thread. I haven't noticed it on any others.

This has also happened to me, but it's not just this one.

So the packing-up-last-bits thing isn't happening this morning. Keeper and I both have mobility issues. Mine got worse last night. I think I may have pulled a muscle in my lower abdomen. I don't dare try climbing the stairs, considering that just laughing hurts. Or bending over, or walking around the apartment. So my brother (who was supposed to come by this morning and help bring stuff down) ditched us because we hadn't gotten more stuff packed up last night. I am a bit upset about this because I can't get anyone else to help this evening. Well, Archi will do some, but that's it. We're supposed to be done tomorrow. We can't afford the extra $500 to have the rest of the month to finish. I still need to talk to the landlord about needing to leave the cable stuff up there until Friday.

Ugh. Canada has this channel called YTV, and they apparently used to air all sorts of anime. FMA, Death Note, Inuyasha, Pokemon, all sorts of stuff. Used to. They don't anymore, and I never knew until it was too late. (Well, I knew they aired Pokemon.) It feels like YTV doesn't want to handle anime anymore, really. They even gave Pokemon to another channel called Teletoon earlier this year. Heck, they apparently aired 22 episodes of Case Closed in 2006. The only reason I know of YTV's history with anime is because I decided to look up the channel on Wikipedia earlier this year.

I like how I know both of these channels, but I've never seen either irl, just when watching stuff online. (Stupid TV in the hotel in Canada only had Cartoon Network.) >_> Also, it sucks when this happens I always feel like I'm missing out.

People who run over pets are the worst though, especially in cases like this where they KILL SOMEBODY'S PET and then just drive off on their merry without stopping to check on it and get it to a vet or find its owner. THAT SHIT IS NOT OKAY

I am really sorry, I too have lost a cat several months ago. Drivers who run over somebody and don't even take their responsibility are scum, plain and simple. Worthless trash.

This has been a week from hell. ~_~*
Frantic panicked trying to get moved. Too many migraines. I've had like 3 migraines this week, and I normally don't get more than one in a week, at least not since I altered my diet to try and prevent them. Then today. Today has been a couple different kinds of crazy. Tomorrow is the absolute deadline date for getting completely moved out of the upstairs apartment. It's also the date that the cable company is going to come move the internet. It is also the day before my sister-in-law's wedding. We need to be upstate (about 2 hour's drive, I think) for the rehearsal dinner at about 5pm. We will be spending the weekend at the hotel upstate, as the wedding is on Saturday and there's some level of after-party brunch or something on Sunday, which is also my own anniversary. (Archi and I will celebrate 6 years of marriage.) Somewhere in all of this is a pool party. This caused a minor panic earlier today as I couldn't find the swimsuits. I've been told at lest 3 times to be sure and remember swimsuits because there will be a pool party. The swimsuits had gotten put in odd places due to the disorganized mess that the sudden move turned into. I think I rather surprised my mother-in-law when she called earlier today and I mentioned that we had just moved. Fortunately, I found the swimsuits. My Dad is going to bring up a garment bag for us to borrow so that we can safely and securely transport our formal wear to the upstate location.
I have the wedding present all set, but I need wrappings. Also ribbon to put on the basket's handle. The gift itself is a throw blanket plus some canned things I made over the course of the summer. OK, the peach butter is actually from last year, but the blueberry butter, cherry jam, and blackberry pie jam are all from this year. All of this is in a basket, which needs some wrappings and some ribbons. Also a card, which we are going to have to run out to the combini to grab. Along with a couple other things I really wish I didn't actually need to buy right now. Annoying things that show up more than a week early are extremely frustrating.
This has just not been my week. Also I did get to work this week, but I did not in the least enjoy the movie we went to see. I had been vaguely wondering how they were going to turn "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No-Good, Very Bad Day" into a full length movie, but I didn't actually enjoy finding out. I would have vastly preferred to go see "The Boxtrolls", as my other brother did. Ah, well, at least we found Baymax in the theater lobby and got to take some pictures with him. I am very much looking forward to seeing "Big Hero 6".
