File 909 Title: Kamaitachi Is Coming
This is going to be a long case (more than three files) involving the Nagano detectives.
Conan threatens Heiji by using his confession recorded back from File 881. Conan also decides to leave Heiji out of any RUM investigation.
Here is where the people were cut compared to where they were standing.
Only the blond woman was cut on a side that wasn't sort of facing the lightbulb.
Kazuha may tell Ran secretly that Heiji confessed back to File 881. Conan don't want Heiji to involve in investigation about Rum, so Heiji has no chance to enter the Rum's storyline?

Heiji is too stubborn to miss the opportunity to deal with the BO, and too smart to be tricked by Conan (at least at the beginning of the case; at the end of it he probably will be tricked).
Plus, Gosho would not bring him from dead just to toy with him a little. I think Heiji will play rather an important role. Besides, Conan might not trust Haibara, but he surely trusts Heiji.
I think we can count Heiji in.

Still waiting on scans, but am I going to be the one to point out that we're already meeting a well known character who has lost an eye, almost immediately after learning about Rum?
... what's more depressing is I pointed out Yamato's eye last chapter. Oy vey =.=
But Rum has an artificial eye, mind you, while Yamato has only an scar. And, besides, it was established in the Red Wall case that Yamato takes over a historical figure. If you jumped to that conclusion because of Gosho's "Sherry Solliquy" then I'm afraid I must inform you that that's a blatant red herring.
I insist: Rum lost an eye BUT REPLACED IT WITH AN ARTIFICIAL EYE. HE'S NOT MISSING AN EYE.
Sorry if I sounded harsh there but I wanted you to be wary of trying to link Rum and Yamato: it won't lead anywhere.
Not seen the Solliquy (Don't know where they're kept/translated), I was just referring purely to 908's ending. I don't think Rum's Yamato anyway (And I didn't state as much =_=), but I'd gamble it's going to be played with - I suspect Conan will be suspecious near him, or at least jumpy enough to get Heiji's attention and result in Heiji learning about Rum.
