Phoenix Wright did not become a prosecutor. Finding the killer and prosecuting him are two completely different things.

I have to agree there, Maya. Nick's job is to protect his client. Finding the actual killer is an added bonus.

It doesn't make too much sense that a lawyer has to prove everything, so yes prosecutors are needed, but I'm sure some cases the wrong people have been prosecuted in the first place. I know you might be perfect Miss Von Karma, but that's why some killers fail and others succeed so other murderers are left unsolved. If every murder was prosecuted without a scapegoat, that would mean every murder went so well, they were able to fix the evidence...the facts...in the first place and the person prosecuted was either right or wrong...Hmm...I'm sure what I'm trying to say makes sense...But maybe I just explained it wrong!
M-Mia! I'll never forget when I used to watch you, you and Mr Godot were both amazing at your jobs! And I know it wasn't the most kid friendly place in the courtroom, but I loved watching how you save people. P-Please take c-care of Pearly. I was talking with someone last night, but at least, soon we'll all be safe. And I know Nick won't turn away from me, TEAM JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL!

Town Wins
With a thud Haraki fell to her knees. Payne towered over her, light reflecting off his glasses as he pushed them back. "Wright, you are a nuisance, getting us caught up in your game of murder." But instead of frowning, he grinned. "Luckily a brilliant mind such as mine could halt the deaths of so many.
"Are you serious?!" Phoenix stepped back. "It can't be, are all the Judges insane?"
"Insane?" Haraki, looked up, glaring. "You have no idea, no idea what you got caught up in Wright. Just you wait, wait before the real deal shows up on your doorstep. You won't be able to show your face again."
Maya frowned. "How dare you!" She stepped forwards, grabbing Haraki's judge hammer lying on the ground before her. "Do you know what this stands for? It stands for justice, for fair trial! How could you betray all that is good for some organisation obsessed with alcohol?!"
Haraki didn't answer as Bobby, with help from Payne, pulled her to her feet, managing to cuff her with his shaking hands.
"You have betrayed the name of justice, for that I will never forgive you!" He said, barely managing to keep his voice steady.
"I have not... You don't realise what you've done... You will regret this!" Haraki yelled and cursed as she was pulled away from the scene, and finally the Wright Anything Office fell silent.
"So." Hesitating, Trucy turned to Phoenix, who was frowning at the door. "Dad... Do you think it's over?"
"I don't know Trucy..." Turning his eyes to her the defence attorney took a deep breath then went for his office. "Right now I certainly hope so."
