In the Diplomat Murder Case, Heiji Hattori already realized that Kogoro was not capable of solving cases on his own, and that Shinichi was the one who was actually pulling the strings behind Kogoro's "deductions," although he did not know (at that point) how Shinichi was manipulating Kogoro (he speculated that Kogoro was making contact with Shinichi behind the scenes, which, as we all know, was inaccurate conjecture on Heiji's part). If Conan had not expanded into Shinichi during that case, could he have found a way to solve that case (remember that Heiji's deduction turned out to be incorrect) without his identity being discovered?

Yeah I think the index finger is just hidden.
If Tipo is really the phone of middle brother in manga, he could be poor. Tipo is a budget small phone.
ZR on the other hand is a bigger model, and expensive just like Conan's.
BO members got iPhones, goes to show their foreign taste.

Yeah that case really shocked me as well,but I guess Conan respected the wife's choice to forgive her husband,and he thought about the baby's wellbeing too.And as k11chi said that case showed that Ai doesn't forgive easily,so it may be a hint for the future files.

yeah, future files like when Akai is coming clean about Akemi's incident. I really hope she can forgive him since it was partially Akemi's fault for risking her life after finding about akai's true agenda.

How exactly does the APTX work? I've seen a lot of theories saying that the mystery child may be the Akai family mother. Judging from her Shuu's supposed age, the Akai family mother is most likely over 45.
So...how exactly could she shrink to such a small and specific age? The mystery girl looks about 13.

Its all currently unknown. Shinichi was around 16-17 when he shrank and Shiho was around 18ish and they both ended up around the same size afterword, but they were close in age to start with. It means that currently there is no way to create a pattern of how much it shrinks you. It could be that if the mysterious girl was much older than 18 when she took the APTX that she did not shrink to that small of a size... OR it could be that she took it a long time ago, shrank to the size that Conan and Haibara are now, and has had a few years to grow into the size we see her now.

From Pisco's words after seeing Shiho shrink back into Haibara and commenting on how far she had come on the project, we can only infer that shrinking and possibly staying shrunk is a move in the right direction. Since not even a year has passed in the Conan universe even now we have no idea if Conan and Haibara are even aging at all...

One thing we don't know yet is how far Elena and her team got in her production of APTX. It could be possible that they got as far as making the drug shrink you but we don't know how much. It is possible that an earlier form of APTX could have shrunk you but not nearly as much as the current version resulting in a middle schooler, OR it is possible that it shrunk you but did not have the ability to prevent you from aging allowing the victim to grow into a middle schooler. We really don't know.

All we do know is that once the antidote runs out they return to that specific size. The antidote somehow reverses what ever makes them that size but eventually wears off and they return to that size as if the drug is still somewhere in their system permanently or has caused some kind of permanent change in them, which is interesting because people have died from it and supposedly it becomes untraceable. The people who have died from it would not have any trace of the "poison" or any way to identify that a poison had been used and ultimately would be ruled a heart attack.

Okay, so I just watched the Lupin III vs Conan: The Movie and it left me with a question. How did Lupin and the gang know Conan and Haibara? How did they know about the BO and the drug? So then, I watched the TV special Lupin III vs Conan. This left me with, how did the gang know Conan was Shinichi?

Does anyone have an answer?

In the end of the Special they knew that Conan was Shinichi, and it's just that Lupins group is kind of superhuman and over the top with these kind of things. They just figure out stuff.
