Alien ninjas is taking it a bit too far, and to say that BZ, Madara or even Obito "planned" anything out when all of this has been nothing more than luck, so much luck, is just... convenient, I guess. This shouldn't even be happening at the moment.

Sure they were manipulated... By people that should either be dead, stay dead, their bodies and corpses should be missing and gone and no DNA left, or by people we don't even know existed... The way they were manipulated also.. Lol. Madara knew despair from reading a fraud stone tablet that told that people were warring in the past and not having good ol' fun time?

I actually could think of alot to say but I guess I'll just throw something here... Madara got revived and lost his eyes, but he was still young during the revival because Kabutos modifications stayed... Which they shouldn't have. Madara plans his revival, gets revived, and drops dead because he's not connected to the Gedo Mazo for life force. There- plan failed. For both BZ and Madara.. He should be dead right now anyway. Kaguya shouldn't even exist. Obito should be dead. (like really, he's survived death like 7 times so far. He probably gets revived somehow) BZ should be in half somewhere since Choujirou cut him in half. Didn't Sasuke destroy the zetsus main body anyway?

Or what about the time when Hashirama had him under control and they were 2 seconds from sealing him and he takes control over Obito. OK.

Him knowing that Obito would revive him and that Nagato would do what he wants with the eyes because he knows the darkness in peoples hearts or some nonsense... Obito getting saved by Madara, too... Minato could have teleported to Obito if the flying thundergod seal never disappears yet he let him get away?
Hmm....

But those people werent dead, not in the strictest sense of the world, as revealed. And why shouldnt Kabuto's modifications have stayed??

Because the people are supposed to return to the form they were in before they died, that's why Madara lost his eyes... There are some other inconsistent things with the edo tensei I read from other threads but I honestly could not care less. And I'm not sure what you mean, ofcourse they should have been dead. This Kaguya... How old is she?
Black Zetsu also...

I guess it was pretty funny since it was kind of unexpected, but saving Obito at the beginning of the chapter and dropping them through dimensions at the end kind of kills it because Obito has now the full Kamui and is probably the master of dimensions and whatnot.

I think this is the 8th time he's about to die or something so not really surprised. Also I'm sure they're not going to ET Madara, but he's going to come back himself.

Hagoromo had a brother which we know less about, but I think we got a sign about what might've happened with him. Kaguya said to naruto and sasuke:
"Return to me my sons, I'll take back your chakra"(something like that).
But it's strange that she would claim Hamura(Hagoromo's brother) chakra from naruto and sasuke, who only borrowed Hagoromo's chakra to fight her.
We know that sasuke and naruto are reincarnations of Indra and Ashura(Hagoromo's sons), so we know that being reincarnated from Hamura has nothing to do with why they happened to have his chakra. The only fitting answer to this is that there's one extra untold story about Hagoromo and Hamura.
I believe that Hamura died earlier than Hagoromo, possibly when they were fighting their mother. And what happened was that Hamura transferred his chakra to Hagoromo, so that he could complete the seal and seal away his mother(who's merged with juubi) and also, in another possible case, to save his dying brother(Hagoromo) by risking his own life. In a way, it still counts as both Hagoromo and hamura participating in the sealing jutsu. That also explains why his brother hamura was never known in the legend.
So because of that Hagoromo had both his and his brother's chakra, he transferred both of their chakra combined to naruto and sasuke. That would explain it all, plus it would fit for an naruto cliché, where one sacrifices his life for his brother. (Like Madara and his brother Izuna, or itachi and sasuke)

My god the action has been absolutely terrible without Madara. Also there are too many plot conveniences and plot devices in these last few chapters.
