While each members has an individual personality, Conan tends to lump them in together and treat them as a single entity. Singling out a single one of them doesn't seem appropriate, simply because it would make for an awkward group dynamic. You'd be dividing the group in ways it shouldn't be divided.
That said, I doubt the Detective Boys will figure it out any time soon. The driving factor behind Conan's relationship the three is that they frequently disobey his orders. If they knew about his true identity, they would recognize his authority, which would mean that they'd be little more than tiny assistants. Considering how big of a role they play in some episodes, I'd say it's safe to say that Aoyama won't rob them of the one thing that sets them apart until the series is drawing to a close.
