I'd definitely like it to be Takagi next. He already has an idea that Conan isn't who he says he is (12 Million Hostages), and I think he could figure it out if he thought about it.

On a realistic level I believe Jodie is next in line. On a personal level I believe its time for Ran to know. There are many ways that can be handled where it would work long term in terms of story and plot movement.

Also Kogoro (but not Ran), it'd be really awkward, like at crime scenes where they have to find a way to cooperate with one another since Kogoro now knows that he needs him. On the other hand, Kogoro will probably "chastise" Conan a lot at home considering how close he is to Ran. I can't wait to see Kogoro's reaction and expression when Ran asks Conan to have a bath with her

No that was one of her main questions in episode 345 to Vermouth. Jodie asked her why Vermouth is targeting a child that looks like a picture of a girl in her twenties, taken from Vermouth. At this time the FBI know Haibara is referred to as Sherry by the organization, but not that she and Shiho Miyano are one in the same. Same goes for Conan, only Akai Shuichi of the FBI knows Conan is Kudo (Episode 691, or this file right here for reference) and Haibara is Shiho.
