No, it's (likely) Ran. She puts her hair in a ponytail when she does karate, and she's wearing her gi.

I wonder that ponytail girl is Ran or this toddler's mom. Think about it, if that girl is Ran, will Conan-kun not jealous when seeing Ran hugged a kid, example on Ep 354, you see how Conan-kun reacted when Ran hugged Kazuki Kinukawa.
AO's which I think would be 10x more fun to watch...
* Conan's Diarrhea Case- 30 timer of him on toilet, Heiji calls and he solves a case while a poopin'.
* Makoto's Great Battle- 2hr special of pure awesomeness, must have several ass kicking scenes.
* Ayumi's Casebook- I wanna see her mom in this one, and not just the feet, but a little too much to ask of AO? Nah.
* Genta's Eel Case- Poisoned eel? Only one fat kid can solve this case.
* Ai's Salon Murder Date- She decides that since the BO can find her by her hair, she goes to dye and cut it, but before it happens a murder! Conan's phone is busy (See Conan's Diarrhea Case) thus she must solve it herself!
* Mitsuhiko, Grade School Detective- To best Conan and win the hearts of Ai and Ayumi, Mitsuhiko declares to find a murder case. He instead finds a murdered kitty, but that won't stop him! Who killed the cat, this can only be solved by Mitsuhiko, Grade School Detective!
* Andre Camel gets drunk in Tokyo- After getting drunk in Tokyo, Andre Camel stumbles onto what he thinks might be a BO plot, turns out he's wrong.
* Aoko, Ran, Kazuha's Casebook- A chance meeting puts all three girls together to solve a murder during a class trip involving several schools. Can the world handle them being in the same frame at once?

The highlighted are pure win..so here's what we are going to do. I'm going to put you in contact with an individual(don't look him in the eyes when you meet him) who is going to get you to Japan. There I will arrived under the cover of darkness and use my skills to swap you into the anime staff. On the third week of the winter, you will pitch these ideas during a meeting and tap your watch three times. This will release a sleeping agent that will knock everyone out and when they wake up just tell them they said yes to all your ideas and then another of my contacts will swap you out back home. Plan beings at winter nightfall, be ready..we only have a bit of wiggle room to get this right.
Make sure to deliver the Conan's Diarrhea Case, that one is the one that's going to make us rich.
