Just read the Chinese scan for 880 & 881, a few things:
1.the location in question is in Osaka
2.Kazhua is involved
3.Next series will include a Shinichi appearance as the 20 year anniversary approaches, I am guessing this is the Shinichi-Ran-Sera case that explains the origin to "the Wizard" .

As for that location stuff and who's involved, now I'm really curious of what will happen due to that.

Speaking of "the Wizard," perhaps it is them making a reference to the Wizard of Oz?

As far as I remember we usually have long cases with Heiji, did it happen before and we had a normal length case with Heiji?

We had normal and short case in row with heiji before this heiji case (awhile back) but he's probably getting another case later on
