I caught a shiny Octillery while chain fishing! It only took fourteen tries, too, which I found surprising. Pokeradar isn't so nice, though. Plus, I couldn't figure out why I could never get it to work until I found out that you couldn't use it and the roller blades. Then I couldn't figure out how to get rid of the roller blades.
