He always "accidently" able to get the necessary components to make a "make-shift tool".

Btw Gosho-san seems more and more deliberately showing to the reader that Conan has changed. Now he does not care to hide his super detective ability.

Which is exactly why Bourbon's still lurking about the detective agency...

Which makes little sense, given the framework of the story. If the Black Organization were to figure him out, him and everyone around him would be in danger. That is made clear from the start of the story and is repeated throughout. (That still doesn't explain why he thought that drawing attention to Mouri and trying to get cases connected to the Black Org. was a safe idea, whilst not informing either Mouri or Ran of the danger that came with taking him in...)

If it's to lead Bourbon into a trap, it is rather a risky maneuver. Even riskier than the Bell Tree train mess.

You mean Vermouth, correct? There is a debate regarding the Silver Bullet term. Courtesy of the Bell Tree train arc, it is revealed that the poison was also called Silver Bullet. It could be a reference to either him being the silver bullet to take down the organization or could refer to how he shrunk. (It is more clear with Akai being referred to as such to mean he's one of the people who could take it down.)

Well, I'm not sure everyone in the Org. even if it's Vermouth, that she knows the real name of the APTX4869 given she's not a scientist in the Organization, so I think she calls Conan the "Silver Bullet" 'cause he's susceptible to take down the Org.

But well, it's just my opinion, Vermouth might know the real name of the APTX.
