And then I got my period, very painful and I started having this ringing noise in my ears and feeling faint. Two hours after that my throat hurts together with the general feeling of having a cold. At work the next day I got a report that a guy was feeling unwell too. Luckily we had a doctor at the train who checked him out and suspected he had taken drugs. Lovely. But it went well. And the cold just got worse and worse. And today I have a constant faint feeling and the ringing noise in my ears so I had to call in sick.
Go see a doctor! That sounds like it sucks D:

It's just a cold, usually nothing can be done about them anyway. I will however go to the pharmacy and buy some stuff tomorrow.

I absolutely hate my brother. Today he turned off my computer and slapped me. He is a violent monster! That's not the worse he has done. I wish he were dead sometimes. He's just epitome of mean.

That's not okay :/ Did your parents do anything about it?

No. They were either buy or not home.

When cleaning I really wished I had a way smaller apartment, also no cats. But I guess I can see it as exercise :-\ Seriously 100 m2 covered in cathair is quite a lot to clean.

I think I'm stressing out over stuff going on in my life, which leads me to this awful breathing trouble D: It's annoying and so freaking hard to explain. It's like I can't breath deeply, like I need to yawn to get this pressure off my chest!
It's frustrating dealing with this all day long, even at night I have trouble falling asleep, and then waking up because I can't breathe :(
It needs to go away!
Why do I stress over everything?!

Do you have anxiety issues? Because my friend Gemma has breath problems like that when she gets over-anxious--to the point where she passed out once--and she's got good medication for that now that keeps her calm.

I researched a little about it on the internet today. It said it can be a symptom of anxiety, the way it was described, it's just the way I feel (which is hard to put in words by myself).
My problem doesn't go that far, there was just two times I remember hyperventilating and feeling really numb and not seeing well, but I managed to calm myself down before passing out (once while going to work on my car, that was really scary).
This breathing trouble happened to me once before, when I was in cooking school, it went away on its own after a while. I had that, and an awful abdominal pain, which the doctor diagnosed as stress pain, and gave me some pills for that. I kind of fear that pain could happen again, too. I remember I couldn't even stand straight from that.
So I'll wait some time, I'm trying to keep myself occupied, because I'm at home (doing nothing) for the moment. But I know it's this whole 'life change' situation that has me like this.
If it doesn't go away, I'll go see a doctor, I don't want to live with it for too long. But I'm hoping it'll fade away, I don't like taking pills that much.

Got a notice today from the apartment management, they're replacing the chilling units on the roof on Saturday. So, all AC will be turned off for the entirety of the day, when it's supposed to be 90 degrees outside.

Also, the crane they're going to set up for this is being set up right outside my window, starting at 3am.

The past two nights in a row, the flat across the hall from us has been broken into D: We're now really paranoid, especially since two of our flatmates have now moved out so two rooms with street-facing windows are sitting empty...
