Quick question: Outside of Movie 10, when did Kazuha and Shiho meet?

I don't think they did that's why I wondered why did Kazuha say in Movie10 something like. "I thought that kid was different but she's really just cute" or something of that sort. Though I can't assure u that they didn't meet in AOs since I skipped a lot, but I don't think Heiji/Kazuha appear in any AO. So, yeah.

Raw appearance-wise they overlap in Desperate Revival and Shirigami Case, but in both of those cases Haibara was in disguise or hiding from the main group.Conan-chandesune wrote:Quick question: Outside of Movie 10, when did Kazuha and Shiho meet?
The Detective Boys group and the Osaka group tend not to overlap in normal cases because they are different character sets. That leaves AOs, previous movies, and magic files as the remaining possibilities.

Actually, they never show them meeting her in the AO, but they have appeared in an AO two parter.Akai Shuuichi wrote:Though I can't assure u that they didn't meet in AOs since I skipped a lot, but I don't think Heiji/Kazuha appear in any AO. So, yeah.

Aah my bad, I didn't watch it, but I guess if that's not the only one, it's one of the few AOs they appeared in. Though are you sure they didn't meet, it says Haibara was in the cast too?Jecka wrote:Actually, they never show them meeting her in the AO, but they have appeared in an AO two parter.Akai Shuuichi wrote:Though I can't assure u that they didn't meet in AOs since I skipped a lot, but I don't think Heiji/Kazuha appear in any AO. I did say it doesn't show them meeting, so if they did, we don't know about it. Also, so far, this is the only AO Heiji and Kazuha were in.Akai Shuuichi wrote:Aah my bad, I didn't watch it, but I guess if that's not the only one, it's one of the few AOs they appeared in. I have a question!!
I honestly can't find much info on this anywhere, so I would definitely appreciate some help from those who know a lot about the Japanese Manga Volumes of Detective Conan!
Outside of the Volumes that included the Nendoroid Figures [Volume 75 and Soccer Selection], are there any other Volumes that had a limited run? That brought some sort of item along with it or a different cover, perhaps? Something of the like?
Thanks in advance!

I have a question about episode 304, more specifically about the scene where the bomber sets off the bomb on the elevator by phone and Conan is seen falling down together with the elevator. After the cut, both Conan and Takagi are in the elevator. What exactly happened in between? How are they both there?

The elevator was stuck so that its floor was near the ceiling of the floor Takagi and Conan were on, leaving a small gap. The elevator doors were pried open. Conan was lifted up and climbed into the gap near the ceiling to get the little girl out. As Takagi was reaching to lift Conan down, the bomber blew up the elevator cables. Takagi, who was already leaning into grab Conan, simply jumped into the elevator with Conan as the elevator began falling past him.Adel34 wrote:I have a question about episode 304, more specifically about the scene where the bomber sets off the bomb on the elevator by phone and Conan is seen falling down together with the elevator. Yeah, I thought of that as well, but there's one problem... The elevator was supposed to be stuck at a very high level of the tower, if it fell down all the way to the bottom, wouldn't Conan and Takagi be dead?Chekhov MacGuffin wrote:The elevator was stuck so that its floor was near the ceiling of the floor Takagi and Conan were on, leaving a small gap. Most elevators have emergency brakes which kick in if an elevator starts falling.Adel34 wrote:Yeah, I thought of that as well, but there's one problem... Okay, thanks for the info. Still wondering why didn't they show all of this in the episode, though.

Okay... my question is related to the Boss' number:
We have never seen anyone actually call this number, only communication via text messages and/or mail (don't know if there is supposed to be a difference between the two).
To me this would suggest that the number belongs to a cell phone, nevertheless the general consensus seems to be that the number has an area code leading to the Tottori region. However, where I come from cell phone numbers understandably do not have an area code.
Could somebody explain that to me?
Additional philosophical (thus rhetorical) conundrum: why would you use a number with an area code anyway, if you obviously don't want to be found?!

I'm not sure where you come from, but Japan and the US and other places have area codes even for cell phones. People can move to other areas and keep their same cellphone number, so it doesn't really help in terms of pinning down location. My phone has an area code from the other side of the country, even though I have lived in the new place for 8 years.Divin wrote:Okay... my question is related to the Boss' number:

It's not optional.Divin wrote: Additional philosophical (thus rhetorical) conundrum: why would you use a number with an area code anyway, if you obviously don't want to be found?!
