as the last few episodes were happening I was like "gee, they sure are introducing a lot more stuff/bringing up points really close to the ending..." then the ending hit and everything was just a giant "TO BE CONTINUED"

they finally introduced probably my favorite villain in Hunter X Hunter, Neferpitou. They got it down perfectly as she is hyping scary. Even compared to the rest of the series, she is frightening.

Kyojin is... I dunno, starting to annoy me? I followed the manga before the anime and I could remember saying some things like, "oooooh something new". It had a promising start, and I like Mikasa and Sasha (shut up, Eren!). But after that Titan-changing Eren thing, the series turned for the worse.

Honestly I can see how the big early plot twist in Kyojin can put people off, but it really doesn't affect the series as much as you think it would, imo.

More of an issue for me is just the way the adaptation's being handled. I mean it's pretty faithful, but at times it has a case of blowing things in the manga way out of proportion.

I'm aware there is a manga, but yeah I don't really have an urge to read it. It does make more sense as to why random villain characters were brought up at the end and I was expected to care about them though (like princess whatsherface and her golem knight from random destroyed kingdom of whatever, I'm guessing they would have been more relevant had I read the manga and been like "oh that place, yeah totally.")
