I was wondering if any of you live in Japan because. . .
in 2-3 years from now when I finish school, I plan on going there for awhile and possibly moving there. (It seems like a long time but it isn't)
I am already learning Japanese and I think their culture is fascinating.
I am sort of looking for a "guide" while I am there.
Of course there things aren't free, and I will pay.
Do any of you live in Japan?

I live in Japan but I didn't plan to post on this forum again. So if you need some help, please contact me by MP.
If you just plan to be a guide I wish you good luck.
Don't forget you need to do a Job relating to your major (in university) if you want a Visa. The most usual way to come and stay in Japan is to be a language teacher (english or other languages).

Hey, Melissa! Welcome back! It'd be great to get your input on the DC and culture tread, as there are lots of questions there about Japanese culture and about what it's like to live in Japan.Melissa wrote: I live in Japan but I didn't plan to post on this forum again. Cool. My plan was to have completed all the levels of French, Spanish and German by the time I am finished high school. And then go on to learn Asian languages here at the local college, as I have already begun to learn Japanese.Melissa wrote: I live in Japan but I didn't plan to post on this forum again.
