Gosho Aoyama is Coward

i am writing this topic and it is so clear what is it abut .it is abut our writer Gosho Aoyama (evil)

i am saying that he is a coward cuz today i do some research abut what manga did he write before detective conan and i was shockd that he didnt put any ending to any of his work and he just stoped writing and here they are :

Yaiba (1988-1993) 24 Volumes. (he stoped writing it and he start with (Magic Kaito)

Magic Kaito from 1988- to now!!!  (4 volumes) and he stoped writing it and he start with (detective conan)
DETECTIVE CONAN FROM (1994- to now) 61 volumes and we dont know if he will do the same with it 

i say all of this cuz i lost the hope that this writer is going to put ending to one of my favorite anime and manga

cuz all of theas Years he did not show us only Little thing from the story and all what he do was showing us is cases and 80% of them dont Contain a thing from the story 
and only 20% is what we get so what it is meaning of this ?
the meaning is the our manga artist is just coward who got lucky with the idea of (detective conan) and he want to make it long as son as possible so he can be rich 

i loved him and his work for 7 years !!!! i respict him and i allways say that he is one of the best manga artist every T_T but in reality he is not  T_T T_T

are there who agree with what i say ?

I don't agree with what you said as I haven't done the research myself, but if everything you have provided is true, then that makes him a bad writer. I'm surprised the fans of Yaiba and Magic Kaitou actually let him get away with that and didn't mass spam his house with letters to finish the series.

As for him doing the same with DC, they way it's going now, it wouldn't fully surprise me but I doubt he would get away with it due to DC's popularity and not to mention it actually has an Anime adaptation.
So he's probably resorted to plan B, keep writing DC until he dies. .

I didn't know that Yaiba doesn't have an ending... I was watching the anime series when I was still a grade schooler but I didn't bother follow up on the story... It was only when I was able to watch Ova1 that I had an idea that Yaiba and DC was created by one and the same person...

Who wouldn't want to be one... However, it shouldn't be done at the expense of hopeful DC fanatics... If he is really milking the series on purpose without the intention of ever finishing the story then he is truly a GREEDY manga-ka... But if he's just doing that because he can still create new random cases to entertain us and the next generation of DC fanatics then what you're saying is not valid...

But who can really tell what is going through Gosho's mind...

Aoyama-sensei has said numerous times that he actually has an ending planned for DC.

And in case you haven't done any research on the first DC movie, he actually planned an ending for MK. It's probably just that the reader demand for DC was higher, so he decided to continue that first.

And as I've said numerous times, he does plan on continuing MK... sometime... within this century... ^_^"

Well, neither Yaiba nor Magic Kaito were all that famous, and they're still not as famous as other mangas. (Even with the rising popularity of DC.)

But since DC is pretty famous and popular, he probably will put a clean finish to it.

To be honest, I agree. I don't see what's so great about having such heated conversations and arguments. DC was written to entertain, after all.

My opinion is that he's just milking DC for all it's worth. The current cases are hit and miss and the plot is taking a huge hit because he's essentially keeping everything in the same cycle to keep the "one murder per week show" aspect of the series. A good writer would advance the plot steadily and then take it in another direction when the well dries up(which in my opinion is close unless the Okiya arc has major twist at the end). Trying something different(Conan spending some time in America under witness protection solving mysteries or the death of a major character like Kogoro that forces character and setting change) shows good writing but keeping at the same shows laziness and milking.

while this is true, trying something different can often be an easy way to ruin everything very quickly or could make the plot into a retarded clusterfuck or parody of itself (as I have seen happen many times before)
I do agree that something different needs to happen when the Okiya arc ends (even if Conan at its worse is still better than most fiction at its best)

also you are honestly delusional if you think there are even 1/2 as many flat out misses as there are hits (unless the case quality has dropped dramatically in the manga recently). I'm sorry but that's just a laughable thing to say.

I have to say the recent cases in DC have been dead boring. It looks like Gosho is running out of ideas.

Well, it's like I keep telling people, writing is not as easy "write what I want to write" In my college writing and psychology courses, I have learned that writing is psychological. The more people read it and give you their input, the more you lean toward the majority, especially if you're relying on your writing to make a living....even if you don't want to. Words from fans are just as influential to a writer as his words can be to fans.

I also think Gosho is milking it, but it's because some of the fans are crazy. They can't make up their minds. They want it to end, and want to see how it plays out, and some don't, because if it ends they will miss it and miss talking to other fans about it.

Some people can't wait to see Shinichi confess to Ran, but there is also a large Haibara/Conan fanbase that Gosho realizes he has to cater to, whether people believe it or not.

Also, Gosho is getting recognition for Detective Conan, like he has a statue, a museum, many different things. He knows it'll all end. But he wants to enjoy the pleasures of his work just as much as the fans do.

He knows everyone wants a solid ending, but he knows that everyone won't be satisfied, and may even want more. (I hear fans asking for sequels all the time)

Now Gosho isn't the best writer, I do know this, I mean, I noticed based on his less-than-interesting choice of cases and less than interesting romantic scenarios that seem to repeat itself. I feel both are repetitive and not interesting. But I do see some good things about it, like I love his character development of the FBI, BO, and Haibara. Even Kaitou Kid is an interesting addition. He doesn't need to continue Kaito if he combined it with DC, does he?

The fact is, people are never satisfied whether you end it too soon, or end it too late, someone is going to be disappointed. And fans are important. A coward is someone who doesn't even CONSIDER the fans. So Gosho wants to keep it as long as people like it, especially because it's rare people like any of his previous works. Who's to say he might continue the fame?

I thought Yaiba did have an ending. I also read that Aoyama switched from MK to DC because there was a much larger reader demand for DC.

I do agree that he's excessively milking DC, however. It's getting rediculously long and frankly it's probably going to take him a couple hundred chapters to clear up the millions of plot threads he's got going anyway, so I just don't feel like there's a real need for so many filler murders at this stage. It's getting to the point where I openly hate them. Even Kid cases are starting to annoy me, because they're just being treated like a different kind of filler, and I think Kid deserves more than that. His storyline needs to be resolved, and wouldn't it be cool to tie it into DC? Either do that or stop reducing Kid to a serial filler character.

yeah I have to agree with the Kid cases. With the Kudo Shinichi childhood case and Jirokichi figuring out certain things in the Teleportation case I thought they were going somewhere but now I'm worried they won't.

but at least the recent episodes aren't like 427-490. That was worse as far as I'm concerned.
