New TV special announced; set to air this February!

Two hour special is scheduled for the 12th at 9pm. Are there any plans to sub this?
In addition, I thought I saw a commercial for a Lupin PSP game being released this week. Of course, the ad could have been for something else as I could not understand what was being said. Anybody know anything about this game?

$5 says immediately after zenigata dies, a new character pops up who's revealed to be zenigata at the end.

Pretty much has to be the case, doesn't it?
